Pokeumans: Angie's Hero
She was in a cage, treated like some sort of animal. It had been a week since she had transformed into a Pokémon, a Flaaffy to be exact. She was being used for her electricity powers by a rogue group of extinctionists, who had separated from Pokéxtinction for their own purposes. They were underground in the woods somewhere. "Please…let me out…I wanna go home…" she moaned. One of the men kicked her cage, sending her to the floor. "Shut up you animal! You belong to us! You have no more family, no more friends, and you are a freak of nature! Now you better keep the electricity flowing, or else we'll dispose of you!

PokeBrawlers Tournament: First Battle
David stood in the canyon, scared, but prepared. At least, he thought so. His first opponent would be Nathan the Pidgeot while he hadn't met Nathan in person before, he had heard of him. They both lived in the Long Island Pokéumans Base, and word of the PRT got around almost instantly. David had actually been hoping to join the PRT...helping rescue people from an evil organization and helping them adapt to their changes was like three dream jobs in one to him. He hoped that this match would show whether or not he was up to scratch.
He looked around the canyon, trying to get a feel for the area. He would be going up against a Flying

The five friends were all relaxing in Chris' room. The room itself was made for ground types, as there was no water anywhere near it, and the floor was a thin layer of sand. The beds, and couch were rocks, with decorative cushions on them, and the room was generally sand, rocks, and dirt. Alana the Eevee and Storym the Shelgon were on the couch, and Chris the Marowak, Kyle the Vibrava, and Justin the Houndoom were on the floor in front of them playing videogames on Chris' T.V. The one life shoot-out of Halo had been going on for easily ten minutes, and Justin was down to the last bit in his health bar.

Pokeumans Contest Round 1 Entry
In the National Pokéuman Contest Association’s Stadium, one contestant for the First Round stood, waiting for his turn to present. Randell the Absol, or Randy as he’d been going by recently, had been the one to convince Alana to join the Contest, and she had agreed on the terms that he perform the solo.
Randy had readily agreed.
So now, he waited to go out into the arena, barely able to contain his excitement. Randy was a performer at heart, and had no qualms about being on stage. He’d spent weeks honing his move set to fit together perfectly. Then, he had practiced and practiced his act, and now he was ready. He sat in th

Part 6: Goodnight, Travel Well
-Cassie-
Cassie could feel the anticipation. The time was 11:55 (am). Soon enough, or so the others had told her, they’d be able to undo this whole mess and then she could get back to her own life and see her friends again. Soon.
If she was being honest with herself, she was apprehensive about the whole thing. She didn’t actually know, for herself, whether this was a guaranteed solution or just their best guess. But to be honest, when she looked at it, a good guess is better than nothing, and everyone was agreed on it. And she’d seemingly taken that method to get here, so she may as well try

Chapter 9 - Portal
The fall didn't last for long. Shawn, Patrick, and I landed uncomfortably on some cheap mattresses after about ten seconds of falling. I looked around at the bleak, sparsely furnished room. The only things in the room were the mattresses and a couple chairs in the corner. I could see a door on the opposite side of the room. Looking at Shawn and Patrick, I asked, "Everyone sti

Powerless (Village Contest) Part 1
“Woohoo! That was AWESOME! I am so glad I went with you to Cali! How come we never went before?”
From hundreds of miles up in the air, a First-Class Plane flew over the United States of America. The Passengers of the Plane? Only a few several people were on board. Most of them, Pokeumans, Most of them.
On board the Plane, close to the front of First Class, sat two of these Pokeumans.
“Now that we’re heading back home, I’ll be able to brag to everyone that I won the Local Tournament!” Spouted an Umbreon with red-rings and a matching colored scarf looking out the window. Despite his sinister looks, the Umb

"May I have you attention, please." An authoritative voice declared over the PA system. "At this time all persons should make their way to the auditorium for the scheduled post-conflict meeting."
That announcement had come as no surprise to Delilah, or anybody else she knew in the Arizona Pokeuman base. Yesterday had seen the base survive an enormous attack from Pokextinction which had completely overwhelmed the defending Pokeuman Rescue Troopers on security, and required the marshaling of everybody who could do anything beyond basic Scratching and

Battle Brawlers Round Two: Bartholomew vs Michael
Bartholomew vs Michael
Bartholomew was absolutely giddy. For possibly the first time in this competition, everything was going as planned. He sat outside the supermarket, awaiting the return of his competitor with the box. Laughing, he connected telepathically with the mut who was currently putting his humanizing ring to work.
“How is the pup doing?”
Bartholomew felt the Furfrou’s frustration and his meager attempt to throw the Espeon’s presence back. “Do you have to invade my thoughts?”
“I wouldn’t want you to get lonely, now, would I?”
“Well, you’re not helping.” T

Speechless: An Uneventful Day (Angie's hero entry)
It was a rather quiet day in the base. Being a Sunday, no classes were going on. No other activities or programs were planned for the day, so nearly all of the Pokeumans were either training, in their rooms, or generally doing nothing. Nearly everyone in the PRT was out on a mission, save a few base essential members. All of the rookies and trainees had the day off.
So, it was generally a quiet, lazy, and generally fun day for everyone in the base.
Almost everyone, that is.
"I can't believe we got stuck doing this today." complained Sean.
"Well, somebody has to do it." Replied Zack

'Zen Headbutt!'
'Thunderpunch,' I said and casually stuck my arm out.
Alex ran head-first into it. The spikes on his head stood on end and his limbs stuck out as the electricity flowed through his body. After a few seconds I took my arm away, letting him crumple to the floor. 'Still want to carry on?'
Alex groaned. Slowly, my lifelong rival pulled himself to his feet.
'Oh, well, if you insist,' I said. 'Make it quick, I've got an appointment.' I didn't actually, but I knew this would annoy him.
Alex's eyes flickered. 'Dammit... You're... strong... Ahh, that hurt... But take this

This is the story of Angie Walsh. Miss Walsh was born into a working family of the lower class along with her three older brothers. Her parents were a humble couple, working tirelessly to piece together the money necessary to keep a roof over their heads and fresh bread on the table. They were loving and kindhearted folk, ripe with good will and love towards their kin and their neighbors, and everyone they knew loved them for it. The same could not be said for Angie's

Clifford sat in front of the TV on the couch, watching the daily news for the evening. He took a sip from the cola in his hand. He sighed deeply and laid back on the couch, trying to relax.

Pokeumans Angie's 'Magic' Hero
Magic was walking in the woods, slowly. He was alone, and it didn't seem like he was in a hurry. In fact, he was almost staggering, a blank expression painted across his face, staring at the nothing; the memories of that fatidic day once again flooding his mind. Once again he was there, lying on the floor, immobile, just watching. Once again, he did watch as his trusted partner ran towards that precipice. Once again, he saw her tackling that wretched Lucario, and drag him down with her Down And one more time, he saw himself running towards her, knowing it was too late; he saw himself reaching her hand down uselessly; he heard hims

Jake the Loner: Angie's Hero
"Finally. Got away" Jake, a lone Staravia said, hiding in a tree. He leaned against the trunk and sighed. It had been two days since he finished transforming, and every one of those days was spent running from two warring groups. A group called Pokeumans, and one call Pokextinction. He knew the Pokeumans wanted to help, but he just wanted to be left alone, to be left out of the war. But right now that didn't seem like a possibility. He jumped up and glided over the trees, looking for a place to land and rest, somewhere where neither group would find him. That's when he spotted a supposedly abandoned warehouse. It seemed too good to be true, b

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Michael Baker. I'm 17 years old and I have been an Espeon for what's been two years now. I became a member of the PRT a week ago. Soon after that I asked to get transferred to another Pokéuman base, together with my best friend Geo, who is an Eevee. So now I'm traveling together with Geo and a Scizor named Steven. Steven was asked to escort us because Geo isn't a PRT member.
"The quickest way to get to the base is through the woods." Steven Said. "HUMANS!" Geo screamed. So we hid as quickly as we could. Geo and I hid in the bushes and Steven hid in a tree. "Phew, that

Chapter 9: Angie Walsh
After spending the night at Valle Nex, I actually felt great when I woke up. I felt like I was on a drug, or something like that. Plus, due to his failure to be the Rift, Carter actually acquired a temporary blindness. Being the Lightning Rift... It continuously 1-upped him! To be honest, later, when we left Valle Nex, I almost didn't wanna leave. Seeing Jack Fawxeyes was amazing... nonetheless, I was excited to get back to the Keys.
