New Approval System and other things

Hello everyone! First of all I just wanted to say thank you for being so supportive during these rough and bumpy times!

We have definitely taken all of your feedback into consideration. Among other things, we recently added , , and to the admin board, so if you have any questions or concerns, you can now ask them along with the other admins :3

We've just activated a submission approval system in light of a recent amount of group unrelated submissions and support of the idea in the Improvement journal. From now on, every submission to the group will require votes from two of our admins to be within our group gallery. Don't worry, we're only screening for one thing: whether it complies with the rules (as seen on the front page), particularly whether it is relevant enough in regards to Pokeumans or its community. If it doesn't comply, then we will let you know exactly why. So, no fear that we're tossing aside stories on grounds of quality.

What’s relevant though, you ask? The primary focus must be Pokeumans. So nothing where a Pokeuman cameos, no sparse mentions of Pokeumans, it has to be the main thing. As for community gaming events such as livestreams, we have decided that it must be immediately accessible to a reasonably large amount of people (as in no levelling system, no single player/small player limits, no purchases etc.) If you plan on hosting one you must let the group know so via notes in advance so we can discuss whether it fits the criteria.
