Hello all! Niv here, finally doing a Writing Feature~ And seeing as how I barely write these days, this month's feature is going to be on a comic!

Under a False Sky

Pros

+Interesting and detailed world building, consideration for things taken for granted in most stories

+Good visuals and interesting panel flow



Cons:

- Dialog can be tricky to read in order at times

Under a False Sky is still a bit in it's early stages, so I cannot comment on the plot yet, but it seems promising so far. We begin in a way similar to many Pokeuman stories; with the protagonist waking up in the infirmary of a base. However, this is where it starts to branch off from the norm, as the first character we encounter (other than our lead) is a human in a Pokeuman base.

The art style is close, by which I mean it limits what the viewers can see to a view immediately around the character, making the audience feel just as lost and puzzled as our poor protagonist. I particularly enjoy the attention to detail that has been given to the background and minor elements.

Overall, this is a story I would recommend to people who don't mind waiting a bit before getting all the information they want, and do not require very fast updates, or just someone who is looking for a promising example of a base story done right.
